When will my order ship? Normally, your package will leave our warehouse the next business day. We try to ship orders placed by 12 noon PST the same business day whenever possible. Occasionally, during warm weather, we will delay shipping to avoid extended exposure to high temperatures over the weekend. You will receive an email with a tracking number the day your order ships.

How long will my order take to arrive? We use both UPS and USPS depending on which method will be faster. If you prefer one method over the other please tell us in the Comments section at checkout. Transit days start the day after your order ships, do not include Sunday and may not include Saturdays. If your package will be in transit over the weekend, add two more days to the time in transit.

Shipping to Northern and Southern California: All California orders will arrive in two business days with Standard Shipping. Most Northern California orders arrive in one business day with Standard Shipping.

What if I'm shipping to a P.O. Box, Hawaii or Alaska? Standard shipping is not available for these locations. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box, Hawaii or Alaska please select 3 Day, 2 Day, or Overnight shipping at checkout.

Packing
We pack our sweets with great care so that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. It's also important to us that the recipient has a pleasant experience opening their package. Color-coordinated packing materials (Kraft brown and our signature purple) make for a fun, distinctive presentation. We use recyclable paper packing materials along with bubble wrap to protect glass containers. We never use "peanuts," because they drive us nuts! We're always looking for new environmentally-friendly shipping materials, and welcome feedback or suggestions.

Gift Orders
At checkout, you will have the opportunity to include a gift message and provide any special instructions for your order. If you indicate the order is a gift, or if the order has different shipping and billing addresses, the packing list will not include any price information. We can provide special gift wrapping for a small fee, just ask. If you have multiple gift orders and need assistance placing them, please call or email.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your sweets purchase! Please call us at (800) 875-2409 if you need to return merchandise. We normally cannot refund shipping costs on returns. We do not accept returns on chocolates or other items that are damaged by high temperatures during transit. Please visit our Warm Weather Shipping page for more information.

International Orders
ArtisanSweets.com is available to international customers, but shipping costs will vary. If you would like to place an international order, email us with the details of your request.
